Small by design.
Why we exist
We set up S&G because the same pattern kept appearing. Good programmes, with committed people and real funding, delivered what they promised, then faded once the support ended. Rarely because the technology failed. Usually because no one had planned who would own it, run it and pay for it afterwards.
We work on exactly that: the space between policy, investment and implementation, where long-term ownership is decided. We help institutions deliver, and we work alongside them rather than in their place.

- We are based in Trondheim, Norway, and work across East and West Africa. Our Nordic base shapes how we work: plainly, collaboratively and with a long time horizon.
